my STRUGGLES WITH ANXIETY, ADDICTION AND the change that i want to see in the world.
I know exactly how you feel. Ever since my own struggles with anxiety and addiction, I have made it my mission to recreate a space where others can overcome their own struggles in a way that is unique for them.
I got drawn to how others recovered from substance misuse.
Attended a transcendental meditation course, and started reading self-help books.
First learn’t and proclaimed that I had an addiction problem after attending AA meeting.
Progressed to rehabilitation centre to address the substance misuse.
Noticed progress, started Transformational Breath® certification and learning about mental health from online videos/ podcasts.
Learn’t that I had mental anxiety and that the breath was not only going to be a key to healing, but a way to develop a growth mindset.
Worked along side a mentor and other breathwork practitioners to help develop my skills.
Came across new mentors who taught me about polyvagal theory, trauma, other somatic therapy; then entered into mens healing work.
Certified as a Transformational Breath® Coach and Group Leader.
Created Regulate Breathwork which allows space for this release process to unfold in a safe, natrual and healthy way.
I am so grateful that I have has the people around me that have shown me the ways to succeed, I have been made to feel very comfortable through out my on going healing journey. I am now in a position to give the work I have learnt back to any one wanting to receive this transformational work. I ensure that you will have a comfortable process, I deliver sessions in the same ways that have been so kindly delivered to me.
In a breathwork journey we can always set an intensity for the energy and emotions that the body can handle. Supporting clients to learn how to feel and hold space for their own feelings and body sensations is the ultimate goal. This work is a powerful tool to help you become the best version of yourself. Everyone can achieve a conscious connected breath, this is no pauses between the inhale and exhale. This circular circuit is what will take you deep into the process assisting the release of energy and emotions.

With the creation of sound we stimulate the vagus nerve shifting energy in the body from a low vibrational frequency to a high vibrational frequency, this works under the law of entrainment.
