MEET BREATHWORK COACH

My journey through emotional dysregulation, and my vision for the change I want to see in the world.


I know exactly how you feel because I’ve been there myself.

For years, I grappled with emotional dysregulation, high-energy anxiety and addiction. In searching for a way forward, I explored different paths of healing. I was drawn to the stories of people recovering from substance misuse, which led me to attend my first AA meeting. That’s where I first acknowledged my addiction and took the brave step of naming it.

From there, my journey began to unfold:

  • I entered a rehabilitation centre and started to see real progress.

  • I explored transcendental meditation and immersed myself in self-help books.

  • I discovered that much of what I faced was rooted in mental anxiety, and that the breath could be a powerful tool, not only for healing, but for building a growth mindset.

  • I studied Transformational Breath®, began my certification, and absorbed knowledge from countless mental health podcasts and videos.

  • I worked closely with mentors and fellow breathwork practitioners to refine my skills.

  • I was introduced to polyvagal theory, trauma work, somatic therapies, and other healing work, which deepened my understanding of how the body stores and releases stress.

Eventually, I became a Certified Transformational Breath® Coach and Group Leader, and created Regulate Breathwork a safe, natural, and empowering space where others can experience the release process for themselves.

Breathwork didn’t just change my life, it gave me the tools to truly live.
