Breathwork changed my life and now it’s my mission to help change yours.

For years, I grappled with emotional dysregulation and high-functioning anxiety that eventually led me into patterns of addiction. Life felt heavy, and I carried a weight inside me that I couldn’t seem to shake.

It was through breathwork that I discovered a way forward. With every conscious breath, I began to release what no longer served me—layer by layer, tension, stress, and old pain gave way to lightness, freedom, and connection.

Today, I feel more alive, grounded, and in tune with myself than ever before. Breathwork didn’t just change how I breathe—it transformed how I live.”

Now, I’m here to share this gift with others. As a Certified Transformational Breath® Group Leader, I guide individuals and groups through the profound practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork.

What I Offer:

  • Introductory Workshops — Mixed group sessions for both men and women, where you’ll learn the foundations of conscious breathing in a safe, supportive environment.

  • 1:1 In-Person Sessions — Tailored breathwork experiences in Twickenham, South West London.

  • Men’s Breathwork Circles — Dedicated spaces for men in London to explore breathwork and connection.

I provide a safe and welcoming space for people to reconnect with their bodies, recognise what’s weighing them down, and release stress, tension, and emotional blocks.

This breathwork journey has inspired me to collaborate with other wellbeing practitioners and ignited a deep passion for sharing its transformative power. Breathwork holds a special place in my heart it has given me so much, and I am truly grateful to now give back.

In-Person 1:1 Sessions

Transformational Breath® is often called “therapy without talking”. It allows you to dive deep into your body’s natural release process without feeling overwhelmed.

Your breath is the key to your life-force energy. Together, we’ll breathe through blocked stress, stuck emotions, and stagnant energy to create powerful shifts in your inner world.

This breathwork is for you if you experience:

  • Difficulty relaxing or switching off

  • Emotional reactivity or low patience

  • Feeling disconnected from life or from yourself

  • Anxiety, panic attacks, or intrusive thoughts

  • Addiction or self-sabotaging behaviours

This is a space where you can express freely sharing as much or as little as feels right for you. I understand what it’s like. Through my own struggles with emotional dysregulation and addiction, I discovered breathwork as a path to freedom. Now, it’s my mission to hold a safe space for others to find their own way through.
